Speaking on Tuesday when he Presented a cheque of Sh110,000 to the headteacher of Omobera SDA Mixed Primary School,  Maangi said that he will ensure that Jubilee party which is the favorite to the residents will win with a landslide in the mini-poll to shame those who are still supporting the opposition's party blindly.

"I have personally been on the ground holding campaigns and I am confident that the Jubilee party has more followers in Kisii county and they won’t fail us in the mini-poll that will be held in few days time," he added.

Maangi slammed those who are saying that Jubilee is a losing team in Kisii County and entire Gusii region and said time will tell.

"Being in Jubilee means a lot to the residents and am sure they will have their big development share come 2018 after we form the government," he added.

The mini poll is expected to be carried in a month’s time and came after Nyacheki MCA passed on.
