Nyamira County governor John Nyagarama has said Interior Cs Fred Matiang’i is not a performer.
Nyagarama said it is only Jubilee leaders who are giving credit to Matiang’i.
"Matiang’i is a failure who should be ignored by Kenyans. He is using force to serve as a Cabinet secretary.
"Nyamira residents have lost livestock to clean cattle rustlers who police are yet to arrest. Matiang’i must stop chest thumbing for nothing,” he said.
Nyagarama said Nyamira residents will be forced to protect their livestock from thieves and not depending on the lazy security officers.
“Police officers are only good at throwing teargas to innocent Kenyans but when it comes to fighting crime they become failures," he added.
The county boss called on elected leaders in the county to unite and ensure they deliver quality services to Nyamira electorates failure to which they will lose terribly in 2022.
