Nyamira Contractors Association led by their chairman Mr George Morara has lauded Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama for purchasing machines that will be used to build and repair roads in the county.
According to them the machines bought are going to help them in constructing Nyamira county roads in time.
Among the machines bought are a grader, rollers and other vehicles that the county officials will use to inspect all roads as construction continues in the county.
Addressing journalist on Thursday in Nyamira town, Morara noted that Nyamira County roads are going to be constructed in time since all machines that have been missing are now available.
“We have been lacking some machines in our county but now governor Nyagarama has done a great job to us contractors. Let me assure Nyamira County residents that the completion of constructing Nyamira roads will be in time always,” said Morara.
Meanwhile their secretary Mr Benson Kerina said that since all machines are available, they are going to take their work positively.
Some of Nyamira MCAs have been raising many questions over the new machines bought in the county.
They are saying that they were never involved when those machines were bought and never invited for the machine launch that took place on Wednesday in Nyamira town.
