Kitutu Masaba Member of Parliament Timothy Bosire has challenged Nyamira county government to construct county roads to ease transportation for traders and other residents in the county.
Bosire said the county government has money for construction of county roads and the government has the mandate to construct the roads in time since already there is money so that business people and other residents can’t suffer much during transporting their produce to various markets .
Speaking on Thursday in his constituency, Bosire said Nyamira county governor John Nyagarama should benefit Nyamira residents by delivering developments if he wants to create a good relationship with residents of Nyamira.
Bosire said he will do his part of development in Kitutu Masaba constituency and challenged the governor to also do his part in development in the whole of the county.
“Many of the roads in Nyamira County are impassable. To end this Nyagarama should look at the issue since many of the roads belong to county government,” said Bosire.
He added: “I am sure those who are traders get difficult time to transport their produce to markets. I am asking the governor to construct the roads as I am doing my part in kitiutu Masaba.”
