Photo/Nation.)Drama ensued at Nyainogu Primary on Monday morning when agitated parents stormed the institution demanding exit of school head, Peter Nyanamba over poor performance.
They claimed that the schools has been performing well in previous years
“Last year, the top candidate in the school had 235 marks out of the possible 500. We will not allow the head teacher to serve in this school anymore.
"TSC and the ministry of education should bring a new teacher and transfer the current head teacher with immediate effect,” said one of the parents.
They accused the head teacher for failing to engage parents to boost performance in the school.
“Some of the teachers reports to work while drunk but no action the head teacher has taken. Our children deserve better education,” said another parent.
