The disgruntled parents, speaking on Tuesday at the institution, accused the school head Mrs Josephine Nyangena of corruption and fraud in matters pertaining administration.

They said the embattled teacher has failed to account for the revenue collected from various assets owned by the institution particularly money collected from 2hactre tea farm and from those using the field as grazing land.

They claimed the head teacher has never paid teachers who take their time to teach pupils during free time as agreed by the board of management.

“We want the Ministry to evict her from our institution. She is unable to account for the money collected from various assets which are owned by our school. We will demonstrate and have her compelled to move out,” said Cyrus Amisi.

“We expected her to use over Sh15,000 collected per month to pay teachers who do voluntary teaching to our students,” said Amisi.

However, the embattled head teacher dismissed the allegations and accused the area community for instigating her troubles because she was an’ outsider.’

“These are just normal politics by the area community. The fact that I don’t come from this region, doesn’t mean I am corrupt. I am ready to account for all the allegations they are labeling against me since no one has come to ask for records,” she said.
