In the meeting, the DP and the MPs discussed how education, water and road issues can be improved in Nyamira county as the government sets to achieve its Big Four agendas.

The DP shared the information in a message on his official Twitter handle where he further disclosed the amount of money the government will inject in the various projects it takes to undertake in the county.

"The Bunyunyu Water Project will receive an injection of Sh5.8bn to provide residents with clean and safe water, which is critical to the Big Four pillars of health and food security," reiterated the DP.

He added, "Primary and secondary schools in Nyamira County will benefit from a Sh2.1 billion Kenya and Kuwait joint project to expand facilities with a view to improving quality and ensuring all children get equal opportunity."

In the recent past, the Dp has been able to engage opposition leaders in various areas after President Uhuru Kenyatta and National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga met and decided to end their political differences for the progress of the country.
