Women in Nyamira County have been urged to form Sacco's if they want to benefit from the national government funds and private creditors.
"We have to form and join Sacco's for us to benefit in terms of loans from the government and private creditors," said Women in Business national chair at KNNCI Mary Muthoni.
Muthoni who spoke in Nyamira town during the relaunching of Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry Nyamira chapter office said loans are good as they will help uplift standards of women to thereby improving the county and country's economy.
"Women rises the county and the country faster than men,by being in Sacco's and taking loans they expand their business hence rising the economy very fast," added Muthoni.
Muthoni also urged women to work hard in business which will thus free them from the depending on their husbands.
She also promised to give women free training on business which will see them excel in life.
"Women need business education which I am willing to offer them freely," said Muthoni.
