Area Women Representative Jerusha Momanyi said joining businesses will enable the county to deal with rampant insecurity.

“Youths should form groups to benefit from national and county governments loans, apply for tenders to change their lives,” she said.

The Jubilee MP also pledged to pump money from National Government Affirmative Action to youth groups that would have been formed.
