Nyeri Governor Mutahi Kahiga has confirmed that they intend to provide transport for the many locals who would want to travel for the inauguration of President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Reports from the county indicate the buses will provide transport to and fro the event, which will be held at Moi International Sports Centre Kasarani.

This was a promise he made during the burial of the late Governor Wahome Gakuru, who was laid to rest last week.

“We have made plans for Tuesday, we will be in Kasarani to witness President Uhuru Kenyatta’s inauguration,” said Kahiga.
