Kisumu Governor Anyang' Nyong'o on Saturday hit out at his critics telling them to stop politicking and give him space to deliver.
Speaking during a fundraiser at Nyatigo Mixed Secondary School in West Seme ward, Nyong'o urged all interested in 2022 politics to wait politicking until 2021 adding that they should give him space to deliver.
The county boss noted that the people will elect their next leader according to the performance record.
“I urge all those playing 2022 politics to stop politicking up to 2021 and give me space to deliver to the great people of Kisumu County, the people will decide who to elect according to the performance record that I will have set by then,” Noted the Professor.
The funds drive raised Sh667, 000. The school also received two water tanks valued at Sh70, 000 from KCB bank and was presented by one of the bank's managers as corporate social responsibility.
Thomas Ondijo CEC Roads and Public Works promised that his department will ensure that the road leading to the school is done very fast.
