Tourism, Culture, Arts, and Sports - Archie Alai10. Finance Department - Robert Ouko OnyangoThe occasion was also witnessed by Nyong'o, Deputy Governor Dr Ochieng' Owili, the Speaker of the County Assembly Oloo Onyango, the County Secretary Dr Olang Onudi and the Chief of Staff Patrick Ouya.
