Speaking during the youth forum at State House on Monday, Uhuru said despite the money being stolen, it was not a reason enough to suspend the project.

''We must focus on fixing the challenges, yes the project had challenges but we cannot throw out the baby with the birth water, we must rectify the mistakes," said Uhuru.

The Head of State further stated that there was a need to revive the project because it changed the lives of many young people across the country.

''The project has changed lives.Let us not kill it because it has changed lives of many youths from Kibera,Mathare and others," Uhuru added.
