At least three top NASA politicians will have to face government in court battles over Raila Odinga's presidential oath, reports the Daily Nation.
Already, self-declared NRM general Miguna Miguna and Ruaraka MP Tom Kajwang' are facing serious charges in court, with the former subjected to deportation.
"The two despots deported me from my country. I have already instructed an army of lawyers to deal with them," he wrote in a statement.
Raila took oath despite government warning, insisting that he would serve as people's president last week.
But lawyer James Orengo, businessman Jimmy Wanjigi and Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala could also find their day in court.
"We are expected to see more court battles that would feature Orengo, Wanjigi and even Malala," a source said.
To counteract the government, a host of NASA leaders have opposed decision by government to revoke their gun licenses.
