Malik, who has had a frosty relationship with President Obama took to his official Twitter account to congratulate Mr Trump who Mr Obama vigorously de-campaigned in the run-up to the November 8 elections.

"Congratulations President [elect] Trump," he wrote.

"'Crooked' Hillary has called President [elect] Trump to conceded."

Earlier on, he twitted saying Ms Clinton would no concede defeat.

Malik has consistently accused his brother, Obama, of neglecting him and his family.

He claims since Mr Obama ascended to the White House, he has never helped him personally despite his attempts to seek audience and help from him.

Malik's latest tweet against Obama said the US President failed to condole with his (Malik) family following the death of his two children.

"My two children died while my brother was President; not even [a] simple condolence. Humiliated and demeaned. God Bless!" he twitted.

Throughout the campaign period, Malik showered Trump with praise comparing him to former popular US social rights activist Malcolm X who was assassinated in February 1965 for his vehement fight against social injustice- especially against blacks in America.
