Former Kenyan International Patrick Oboya is planning on making a come back to competitive football this June transfer window after putting down his boots on personal issues.
He took the leave from action to sort out his personal issues at a time he donned the Kakamega Homeboyz jersey.
Confirming the development, Police FC Coach Charles Korea Omondi said that the star has been training with his side in an effort to regain match fitness.
"Oboya is still capable of playing good football and as you see he still has it in him. He has been training with us so as to get his fitness back. In June he will be back in action. However, he may choose to join my team or go elsewhere," he said.
The former Gor Mahia forward spent six months at Nakuru AllStars after leaving Tusker FC where he scored thrice in 2015 before he signed for Homeboyz in January 2016.
He however never lasted and was given his release letter at the end of the season over what the club said was absconding of duty.
