Kisii Senator Chris Obure has dismissed latest survey conducted by Infotrak that placed his rival James Ongwae on top in the gubernatorial candidate.
Obure has said that polls results were a political gimmick in the county politics. Obure has appealed to supporters not to panic since the true reflection of the wishes of the electorate will come out clear on August 8 general election.
The poll results showed ODM’s James Ongwae in the lead with 60.1% while Obure who defected from ODM to Jubilee race on a Jubilee Party ticket was second with 16.9%.

The survey also revealed that 2.2% of the registered voters are undecided.
