There will be hope for the bright and needy students in Kisii County if the current Senator Chris Obure is elected Governor in August.
According to Obure, he has plans to ensure that every student in Kisii County gets a quality education by increasing the funds that are always set aside for bursaries and ensure that there is accountability for the funds.
Speaking at a burial at Sameta on Monday, Obure avoided to talk about the failures of other leaders but instead explained to the locals why he stands to be the best Governor once he replaces James Ongwae.
“I am sure that the locals have been getting hard times to pay their school fees to the children more so those who come from a poor background but I promise you that will be the end of it once you ensure that I am your Governor,” he added.
Obure also called upon South Mugirango Mp to join his camp so that they can work together ahead of the elections that are set for August.
