Kenyan artist Octopizzo has praised former IEBC commissioner Roslyn Akombe for being able to resign as commissioner.
This follows the resignation of Roslyn Akombe due to what she termed as a partisan stance of other commissioners and other issues within the body.
The rapper took to twitter to applaud Akombe saying she was brave. He added that her bravery was the reason he was taking his daughters to school so that they can be as brave.
"People like Roselyn Akombe are the reason I take my daughters & Sisters to school & teach them bravery, BRAVO, Ladies standUp," his twitter post read.Octopizzo is a celebrated Hip Hop artist and a father of two beautiful girls and a boy. The rapper is also an advocate for peace in Kibera.
With the elections set to take place next week many are looking to see if the IEBC will be able to conduct the electoral process in a free and fair manner.
