The feud between Kenya's top rappers Octopizzo and Khaligraph Jones seems nowhere near ending following the 'Namba Nane' hitmaker's latest scathing attack on Jones.
There reportedly exists a beef between the duo, a claim that none of them has since confirmed or denied despite the two reportedly not seeing eye to eye.
Speaking on Radio Maisha's Yes or No segment on Wednesday, Octopizzo hit out at Jones taking issue with his most preferred English flow.
He laughed off claims that he envies the 'Mazishi' hitmaker's seemingly superior rapping style, noting that Kenyan rappers should stick to their culture and not dwell too much on English rapping, terming Jones' English prowess as noise.
"We are Kenyans and should stick to Swahili. Anything else is noise," he said.
Asked whether he is considering entrusting his management with another record label basing on his latest closeness with Kaka Empire, a label associated with fellow rapper Kaka Sungura, Octo maintained that he has no such plans.
He noted that he has his own firm carrying out the duty, saying that he is one of the biggest musicians in the nation and is, therefore, on a different league.
"I am too big to be managed by any other firm and cannot join another record label. I will handle myself," he added.
