National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential candidate Raila Odinga has slammed the Jubilee government for practicing double standards on matters to deal with corruption saying they are only keen on condemning their opponents.

Speaking in an interview with Radio Jambo on Monday, Odinga defended controversial businessman Jimi Wanjigi who has been accused of bankrolling the opposition with stolen money saying Wanjigi had not been charged with any allegations of fraud.

"Jubilee is definitely practicing double standards on matters of corruption The Jimi Wanjigi they are accusing has not been charged by any courts corruption while their own allies have been charged and they are doing nothing about it," he said.

Odinga singled out Kisii senator Chris Obure and his Meru counterpart Kiraitu Murungi as those who had been adversely mentioned and charged over the anglo leasing scandal and asked the Jubilee leadership to censure them first.

Deputy president William Ruto had earlier on told off the opposition for accusing them of condoning graft saying they were not holier either.

The DP said Nasa's campaigns were being bankrolled by corrupt cartels.
