A section of opposition supporters have termed Raila odinga's much anticipated 'major' announcement as 'underwhelming' adding that he should move in speed and offer leadership.

Contrary to their expectations, Odinga insisted that the opposition will revert to boycotting of certain products, picketing and People's Assemblies to show show dissatisfaction with Jubilee.

"The announcement was underwhelming and he should now give us a concrete plan on how to overthrow Jubilee," wrote Dan Onyancha on Facebook.

Geff Odera said on his twitter: "I expected a more exciting announcement from Raila. I wanted him to tell us how we can do elections in 90 days."

Last week, Odinga had preempted on his grand announcement that would give 'directions' to the country that is surrounded with election controversies.

But on his twitter, Suna East MP Junet Mohammed said 'great leaders always shock their supporters by not saying what they want'.

Moments after declaration of Uhuru Kenyatta as president following October controversial elections, Odinga had hinted secession to giant media house CNN.
