Nominated MP Oburu Oginga has claimed that the Jubilee regime is funding independent candidates from Nyanza region in order to Raila Odinga's votes.
According to the elder brother of NASA flagbearer Raila Odinga, the candidates had allegedly become millionaires within days of announcing their candidature.
Oburu said that he will expose the individuals who he said they were dishing out money aimlessly.
"I am warning them to use Jubilee money elsewhere but not in Siaya and Nyanza at large ... I will not hesitate to parade them if they persist," he said on Friday.
Oburu said independent candidates are not selling their policies and are instead asking voters to line up for money.
He further called on President Uhuru Kenyatta to forget votes from the region.
