[Photo: capitalfm.co.ke]NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga’s family has instructed their lawyers to move to the High Court to seek to declare NGO Coordination Board CEO Fazul Mahamad unfit to hold public office. This is after the family on Wednesday dismissed government allegations that their daughter Rosemary operated illegal accounts through the Key Empowerment Foundation which was yet to start operations after the 'government refused to register it'.The Odingas added that Rosemary submitted all the required documents for registration, but the foundation is yet to be issued with a certificate to operate and the government has not responded."We challenge Fazul to share with Kenyans the actual account numbers he wants frozen. Without the certificate, there is no way it could open a bank account and receive the monies as alleged," a press statement sent to newsrooms reads as quoted by the Star."Rosemary Odinga is a principled, selfless, public spirited and deeply admirable person who is not known for cutting deals and shylocking," the statement added.Rosemary on her part described the allegations levelled against her as 'a defamatory attack'.Fazul on Tuesday accused the foundation of accepting foreign funds to engage in 'subterfuge political activities and nefarious regime change tactics'.
