Lawyer James Orengo has dismissed reports being circulated in social media over his alleged fallout with opposition leader Raila Odinga.
For a couple of weeks now, Orengo, who successfully prosecuted presidential election petition, has been conspicuously missing from key events by NASA coalition.
And on Friday at Kisumu, Orengo said he was 'intact' within the coalition adding that he is among those crafting major bombshell against Jubilee administration.
"It is funny that when people do not see me on air it means that I have been thrown out of NASA. We are in NASA to stay.
"There are a lot of things that we are planning and in few days time, we shall send Jubilee home. The country is tired with inept leadership," he said.
A section of social media users had claimed that he has been sidelined and his advisory position taken by Rarieda MP Otiende Amollo.
It is however understood that Orengo is one of the lead counsel in Siaya Governor Amoth Rasanga's petition that is challenging his victory.
