Deputy President William Ruto now wants opposition leader Raila Odinga to bow out of August elections due to ‘unpreparedness’.

On Wednesday, a furious Odinga vowed to block printing of ballot papers in court following the decision of IEBC to give tender to a controversial Dubai based company.

And in Murang’a, Ruto accused opposition leader of sensing defeat and challenged him to allow Kenyans ‘move’ on since he is unprepared.

“He doesn’t want to face us and that is why he is complaining all the time. The most honest thing he can do is dropping out of the presidential race,” he said.

“If he as well wants, he can apply for the tender or even preside over the elections because he will still lose. Jubilee is well prepared and we cannot lose,” added Ruto.

According to Odinga, the Dubai based company as close links with top leadership and has associated President Uhuru Kenyatta’s younger brother, Muhoho Kenyatta as one of the directors.
