ODM leader Raila Odinga says he will reward any Nyanzan County that will manage to register high number of voters by the end of mass registration exercise.
Odinga was on a two days tour in his Nyanza home turf where he toured Kisumu, Kisii, Nyamira and Migori counties to rally his supporters on the essence of voter registration.
The veteran leader said Nyanza region was capable of producing more numbers of registered voters than their counterparts from Central Kenya region.
"I have always believed that Nyanza can produce a large number of registered voters than any other region. we have the numbers and no one should scare you of the so called tyranny of numbers," Odinga said.
"I am ready to give a trophy t the county that records the highest number of new voters. This is the time to make use of this exercise for our own benefit," he added.
The former Prime Minister addressed rallies at Gesima, Kisii town before touring Isibania in Migori County.
