[Photo|Raila Odinga]Opposition leader Raila Odinga, held a meeting with European Union observer representatives in the August 8 elections.Accompanied by his deputy Kalonzo Musyoka, and co-principal Musalia Mudavadi, Odinga left a short message, recognizing the role of observers, even after he differed with them.Odinga contested the declaration of Uhuru Kenyatta, as the winner, saying he was rigged out, but observers released a report saying election was free and fair.Below is Odinga's short message after the meeting, Tuesday."As NASA Coalition we stand for the rule of law and respect the independence of the various arms of Government. Inasmuch as we may have had reservations about the role observers played in the August 8th polls, we do take cognizance of the fact that they play a critical role in the electoral process. We, as a coalition also hold judges and jurists in very high esteem. We urge Kenyans to remain calm as the nation awaits the full Supreme Court Ruling on our petition tomorrow."
