Opposition outfit NASA will announce presidential results since its ‘legal’ according to High Court ruling, Raila Odinga has said.

Odinga also took a swipe at Communication Authority of Kenya Director Francis Wangusi for what he termed as ‘illegal’ interference of political processes.

In what is expected to be a bruising battle, Odinga is set to face President Uhuru Kenyatta in August despite uncertainty over IEBC preparedness.

“We shall announce presidential results as planned. The court legalized it and everyone knows that. Jubilee should stop panicking.

“That man Wangusi should take care. I will not tolerate such nonsense anymore and he better familiarize with the law,” he added at a public rally in Kibra.

It has emerged that NASA has set three parallel tallying centres one at Kigamboni (Tanzania) another one in Germany while the third one is located in Nairobi.

IEBC lost a case which they had appealed in High Court which authorized that constituency results will be final.
