[Photo|ODM]Kenya's opposition leader Raila Odinga has demanded that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Jubilee government apologises to families of police brutality. He expressed disappointment that no government official had come out to condemn cases of police killing NASA supporters and other innocent Kenyans such as kids, ever since August general election.Odinga who spoke at City Mortuary in Nairobi, put pressure on Jubilee administration, saying innocent Kenyans were shot dead some exercising their rights to peaceful protests hence the need for the government to apologise."A lost life can not be claimed back but the government should apologise to Kenyans and the bereaved families. It's so unfortunate that no government official has come out to apologise or condemn the killings," he said, Thursday.Raila also took issue with the police after reports that persons who were killed during NASA demonstrations were criminals who were killed through mob justice."There's no criminal called mob justice. There's no criminal called NASA. Postmortem showed these people were killed by licensed police bullets. If it's NASA or mob justice killing people, why haven't they been arrested?" wondered Odinga. He was addressing the press after he joined families and friends to collect bodies of their loved ones at City Mortuary Nairobi.
