Opposition leader Raila Odinga says there is nothing wrong with taking a photo with a supporter or even any Kenyan who is willing.

For the better part of Wednesday, a photo of Odinga with a supporter went viral with critics questioning his ‘closeness’ with the lady in question.

“An institution like Odinga will never deny taking photos with supporters or even any person who is willing. The photo should not bother anyone,” he said through his confident Junet Mohammed.

After a long trip in the US, Odinga took yet another short holiday in Zanzibar hours before the Supreme Court upheld President Uhuru Kenyatta’s victory.

Further, Mohammed accused Jubilee of politicizing the issue adding that it was of ‘no concern’ and that Odinga will not waste time responding on it.

“I like the way Jubilee are kept guessing why Raila is in Zanzibar. Yes he was with a lady and you can go drying,” Mohammed said.

Details of his short tour to Zanzibar however remained scanty with some sources saying he may have met President John Magufuli.
