Although he filed a presidential petition case for the second time and managed to overhaul President Uhuru Kenyatta’s victory, ODM leader Raila Odinga may not follow that channel should he suspect a foul play in October repeat polls.

Unlike in 2013, Supreme Court made a landmark ruling in 2017 elections by annulling presidential elections on ground that IEBC faulted the constitution and various electoral laws.

At Kawangware on Sunday, a charged Odinga vowed to use protests and peaceful picketing to ensure the will of the people is not bungled.

“They think we shall let them go. I dare them to steal again,” he said, adding that he will revert to demonstrations regardless of the outcome.

He added:”This is the only opportunity we have to bring sanity in our country so that you vote counts. We shall continue pushing for change.”

Already, Odinga has asked his supporters to demonstrate against a number of IEBC officials he accuses of bungling August 8th elections.

Among those on blacklist are CEO Ezra Chiloba, three ICT officers and subsequent nullification of printing and transmission tenders awarded to Al Ghurair and OT – Morpho companies.
