President Uhuru Kenyatta now claims that opposition leader Raila Odinga rigged him out through courts in the recently concluded elections.
In what is seen as another swipe at the Supreme Court, Uhuru says the Supreme Court judges never detected any fraud on his side adding that nullification of his victory was illegal.
At Eldoret on Thursday, Uhuru challenged the court to order a recount of votes, saying it would help vindicate him over alleged electoral fraud.
“That old man rigged me out using courts. I do not fear facing him again because I will still beat him badly,” said a charged Uhuru.
He added:”those four old men in court never detected any malpractice on my side and I challenge them to order a recount. That will still show that I have been rigged out.”
Throughout his campaigns across the country, Uhuru has maintained that the court was wrong to nullify his victory.
In their judgment, majority judges (4) ruled in favour of Raila Odinga stating that elections were not held to the standards of the constitution.
