Opposition leader Raila Odinga will return to Gusii region for the fourth time under two months to drum support for his presidential bid.
The vote rich region had been earmarked as swing region by Jubilee strategists, a move that was dismissed by the opposition team.
During his tour that is slated on 16TH and 17th July this year, Odinga will address a series of rallies in a number of market centres before a mega rally in Nyamira town during his first day.
And it the neighboring Kisii County, Odinga will lead his brigade across the nine constituencies before a major rally in Kisii town where he will be hosted by Governor James Ongwae.
On its part, Jubilee administration has launched an offensive through separate teams led by Chris Obure (Kisii) and Walter Nyambati (Nyamira).
Already, the ground campaign teams led by Ongwae and Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire have held a series of rallies ahead of Odinga’s tour.
