ODM leader Raila Odinga has challenged supporters from his Nyanza bedrock to ensure the 'sick and old' votes in August elections to seal opposition's victory.
He also urged political leaders to ensure 100 percent voter turnout by in their respective constituencies to boost his chances of winning.
The former Prime Minister spent three days traversing former Nyanza region to rally his supporters to take advantage of mass voter listing that will end in mid-February.
"Let us ensure even the sick and the old access polling stations as long as they are registered. We should not take chances because Jubilee has ruined our nation," he said.
"It is needless to register and then stay home. All political leaders from this area must also take their responsibility by ensuring we have 100 percent turnout. This is the only time we have to change our nation," he told supporters at Rangwe.
He also seized the opportunity to call for unity ahead of ODM primaries, saying that the party will present best candidates based on their performance in nominations.
