A Kisumu Court has directed that area deputy governor Ruth Odinga pays a total of Sh 495,820 to Rickham Muga, for damaging his car.
This is after Odinga's car hit the businessman's on June 1, 2013.
According to the Daily Nation, her car caused severe damage to Muga's, as it was hit, while in parking.
Odinga's driver was driving the car, when it hit Muga's at Telcom Building, where his wife had parked.
Kisumu Senior Principal Magistrate Thomas Obutu gave the sister to Opposition leader Raila Odinga, 30 days to pay the plaintiff.
Other charges incurred by the plaintiff during the Friday ruling include cost of repairing the car- Sh351,720; inspection costs- Sh5,900 and towing charges- Sh8,000.
