Opposition leader Raila Odinga has yet again launched a scathing attack on President Uhuru Kenyatta claiming that he addressed Kenyans while drunk after Supreme Court ruling.

Moments after the landmark ruling on Friday, Uhuru led a team of Jubilee politicians in an impromptu rally at Burma market where he threw a jibe at the Supreme Court judges.

And in a quick rejoinder, Odinga told a huge gathering at Mathare’s Masinde Muliro stadium where he demanded that the president should  respect people.

“It is quite troubling that a whole president addresses people while drunk. He should have sobered up before addressing people.

“That was complete disrespect to Kenyans and we cannot allow it. Important issues should be dealt with by sober people,” said Odinga.

Throughout his trips across the country, Uhuru has maintained that he won fairly and that the courts disrespected the will of majority.

Kenya is yet again set to witness another bruising battle between Uhuru and Odinga, which will be the third in less than five years.
