Opposition leader Raila Odinga will after all not challenge president Uhuru Kenyatta's October victory in the repeat poll, says lawyer James Orengo.
Monday will mark the end of the constitutional timeline within which a presidnetial poll can be challenged in Supreme Court.
Having successfully challenged in August, Odinga will not be part of any petition (should there be any) and will instead focus on protests and civil disorder to fight for electoral justice.
"We do not want to talk about the petition because we have made our position known to the public," said Orengo, the lead lawyer in August petition.
He added: "We will fully focus on picketing and boycott among other constitutional means to fight against electoral injustices."
In unprecedented move, Odinga bowed out of October elections citing lack of reforms within the electoral commission as the main reason.
He has now converted the NASA coalition to a resistance movement in which he says he would cause civil disobedience to push for a credible election in 90 days.
