Raila Odinga has yet again launched a scathing attack on President Uhuru Kenyatta by sensationally claiming that he is suffering from a mental disorder.
Moments after friendly exchanges in Kiambu on Friday, Odinga, who is running for president on a NASA ticket, accused Uhuru of becoming unpresidential since the Supreme Court ruling.
At Okoa Kenya offices, Odinga warned that Jubilee should embrace significant electoral reforms before October presidential repeat.
“I am yet to know what Uhuru is undergoing,” he said, adding that the President could be suffering from a mental disorder ever since Supreme Court nullified his victory.
The ODM leader added:”There will be no election without significant reforms in the IEBC. We must have a level playing ground and that is what Jubilee must do.”
Although the electoral body has set October 26th as the date for repeat polls, Odinga insists that his side is yet to be consulted as a stakeholder in the elections.
Among issues he wants addressed is immediate resignation of Ezra Chiloba of IEBC secretariat and cancellation of printing tender awarded to Al Ghurair.
