Raila odinga's planned rally at Jacaranda will be delayed a bit until President Uhuru Kenyatta takes oath of office.

Earlier, NASA team through ODM Director of Communications Philip Etale claimed that police had poured human waste in Jacaranda grounds adding that the rally will go on.

"Whether they poor human poop or garbage, Kenyans will be at Jacaranda today,' he wrote on his Twitter.

With reports indicating that police have already blocked NASA supporters from accessing the ground, the opposition team will however have to wait until afternoon to commence the rally.

And Etale now says families of victims of police brutality have been blocked from accessing City Morgue to collect their beloved ones, a move that will further delay Raila Odinga's rally.

"They shot dead your loved one. You go and pick the body at morgue, they deny you stating that you have to wait until Uhuru is sworn in," he claimed.

On Monday, police had reportedly allowed NASA to convene at Jacaranda despise having banned the rally.
