Senior Counsel Pheroze Nowrojee likened the IEBC national tallying centrer at Bomas of Kenya to the mysterious Bermuda Triangle in the Caribbean during his submissions.

In his 40 minutes address at the Supreme Court in defense of Raila Odinga’s petition, Nowrojee questioned late arrival of critical documents that guides announcement of presidential results.

“My Lord, the declaration was made even in absence of over 180 Form 34Bs and over 11, 000 Form 34As. This is in total contravention of Election Act.

“IEBC has failed to account for the forms simply because of Bomas’Triangle where forms lost mysteriously,” he added in reference to absence of many forms during the declaration of results.

In their argument, NASA claims that the forms were subjected to manipulation and alteration in favour of President Uhuru Kenyatta.

To back their claims, a report by the Supreme Court following the audit of all forms indicate that several forms lacked security features such as watermarks, something that could be used by judges to make a determination.

Bermuda triangle in the Atlantic Ocean is famous for mysterious disappearance of ships, a mystery that has never been resolved by scientists.
