Educationist Mutahi Ngunyi says Supreme Court ruling our presidential petition filed by opposition leader Raila Odinga will not materialize.

Seven judges of the highest court on the land will make a determination that would either validate or invalidate Uhuru Kenyatta’s reelection.

And in a tweet, Mutahi says the judges are unlikely to invalidate Uhuru’s election adding that petitioners never presented enough evidence.

“Forget about Supreme Court. The evidence they presented was much far below threshold,” says Ngunyi, a controversial academician.

He adds;” The next stop by Raila Odinga is secession. Splitting the country into two and that will also come to pass.”

To some extent, Ngunyi’s predication may be right given that David Ndii, a close advisor of Raila Odinga has been advocating for secession.

The debate hit headlines moments after elections and attracted praises and condemnations fr0om either sides of political divide.
