President Uhuru Kenyatta could yet again be forced to a negotiation table with opposition leader Raila Odinga should he be declared winner of Thursday poll.
Widely boycotted across the country, Odinga told CNN on Friday that the outcome was a vindication to him that Jubilee administration is unpopular.
"There was no need for me to participate in a pre-rigged poll. It would have amounted to massive waste of time," he said.
Even after postponing polls indefinitely in certain regions across the country, IEBC has got only seven days to announce the winner.
But in the exclusive interview, Odinga said he will resort to mass disobedience to force a dialogue for fresh elections or initiate self determination process.
"Our constitution gives options to picket that can lead to peaceful demonstrations to pile pressure on the illegal government. We will create civil disobedience."
Odinga added:" If that does not work, our constitution gives option for self determination and we may be forced to chose that option."
Moments before the polls, Odinga said he had changed his NASA coalition to a resistance movement to fight for instilling of constitutional order in Kenya.
Popularly known as secession or separation, self determination process could lead to splitting of the country into two nations.
