Things seem to be going out of hand for the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party since the resignation of Ababu Namwamba.
Although the leaving of the secretary general is yet to be confirmed, yet another member of the party has left.
Sirisia MP John Walukhe has resigned as Bungoma County Orange Democratic (ODM) party chair.
Walukhe who was speaking in Bungoma County at the Mayuba stadium accused the party leader, Raila Odinga of not paying attention to leaders from Western Kenya.
This comes as a blow to the party as Namwamba vowed to mobilise all leaders from Western Kenya to exit the party ahead of the 2017 elections.
If this happens, ODM will lose a number of votes which could bar Raila from attaining presidency come 2017.
Walukhe and Namwamba have now joined hands and have requested Moses Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi to join them so that they can form their own coalition.
