The ODM party ha expressed her confidence in winning two pending election petitions in Nyamira County due this month.
Both Governor John Nyagarama and party national treasurer Timothy Bosire are expecting landmark rulings by Justice James Makau at different dates this month.
"We still believe Nyamira is an ODM zone and later this month, courts shall prove that," said Richard Kaka, acting ODM Chairman.
He added: "Our strength in local assembly has shown that and it is miraculous that Jubilee won a number of seats."
While Nyagarama is facing petition from Jubilee's Walter Nyambati, Bosire had petitioned Shadrack Mose's victory in Kitutu Masaba constituency.
The gubernatorial ruling shall be made on February 28th while the Kitutu Masaba constituency fate shall be known five days earlier.
