Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama has dismissed claims that he is keen to work with President Uhuru Kenyatta adding that he will work hard to implement NASA manifesto.
On Friday at Nyamira, Nyagarama was quoted heaping praises at the national government where he pledged to work closely with Uhuru.
"I am keen to work with the national government to spur growth in my county," he told a sizable gathering.
But through his communication team, Nyagarama has dismissed the reports adding that he remains focused on NASA leadership.
Further, Nyagarama says, the propaganda is being spread by people who depend on 'periodical' politicking.
"The governor has no intentions whatsoever to work with Jubilee. He remains focused in NASA coalition," read the statement.
At Mombasa during Council of Governors retreat, Nyagarama is rumoured to have secretly met Deputy President William Ruto.
