Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama has dismissed links to Jubilee party as 'hot air' adding that he remains solidly in ODM.

A section of social media users have been accusing him of being sympathetic to Jubilee administration following delays in passing of People's Assembly Bill.

But on Friday, a charged Nyagarama said he will push the assembly to adopt the Bill, insisting that it had been delayed by NASA secretariat.

"I remain solid in NASA because we have a journey that is tough but promising. I have never imagined of joining Jubilee," he said.

The ODM governor further said: "NASA delayed sending copies of People's Assembly Bill but we have since received them. i have talked to our MCAs hopefully they will pass the resolutions."

Currently, Nyagarama is facing a tough court battle following the decision by Walter Nyambati of Jubilee to challenge his victory.

Judge James Makau has since ordered recount in 90 polling stations and the process is expected to end on Wednesday this week.
