For the second time in as many months, a daughter to Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama was subjected to fierce social media criticism for 'over defending' her father.
Sometimes in February, Ms Emily Nyagarama, was roasted after claiming that the county needs her more than the contrary.
"We used to eat before getting the county job. In fact, Nyamira needs me more than I need it,' she said in a statement that sparked fierce online debate.
Within the county ranks, the First Daughter is among those believed to be running daily operations, including major decision for the governor.
And on Monday, Ms Nyagarama took to Nyamira ODM Youth League group where she scoffed perceived critics of her father.
"You are not going to stay forever in power. Someday you will also need us," said Ben Mokua, a resident.
ODM Youth League leader Dennis Marube added: "However much we are abused, we shall continue calling for transparency."
Serving his second term, Governor Nyagarama survived an election petition late in February and has since urged his competitors to join him.
However, in a surprise turnout of events, Ms Nyagarama on Wednesday used an apologetic tone where she also revealed her recent born again status.
