Garissa Township MP Aden Duale says that Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) is a hooliganism party controlled by one family.
Speaking to the Media on Tuesday in Kirinyaga County when he accompanied President Uhuru in his tour to central region, Duale said that ODM was not a democratic party as many have been made to believe.
"ODM is a hooliganism party, there is zero democracy in ODM. One family decides who should be in the party," he said.
Duale cited the recent chaos that erupted in Homabay Stadium pitting Homabay MP Peter Kaluma and his competitor Washington Ogaga in front of Cord leader Raila Odinga forcing the rally to closure.
He added that a series of hooliganism acts experienced in ODM including a bungled nominations exercise halted by men in black is a clear prove that ODM is a party for hooligans.
He was quoted on the Star telling Kaluma that what happened to him was planned and that Odinga was aware of it.
“I want Kaluma to listen to me, I formed ODM and I can tell you that you are a victim of circumstances and that Baba is aware why you were clobbered, Find out why you were clobbered in his presence," said Duale.
