This is after a group of rowdy youths attached to him camp manhandled social rights activist Kefa Onyinkwa in presence of Party Leader Raila Odinga.

Onyinkwa, a vocal ODM supporter, was beaten and whisked out of the tent during a Youth Summit dubbed Kikao 046 after allegedly insulting the governor.

“I want to challenge the ODM disciplinary committee to consider taking action against Nyagarama following that incident. We can’t allow him to colonize the county by simply paying hooligans to intimidate people,” he said.

“He should be barred from contesting in ODM primaries because violence is prohibited in our party. Freedom of speech must be respected whether you agree with someone or not,” he added.

It is not the first time the social activist is finding himself in unfamiliar situation given that he was arrested in June for allegedly linking Bonchari MP Zebedayo Opore to schools infernos in Kisii.
